All of our products are custom-made to order, which means each item is uniquely created just for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
 
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to review the case and offer a replacement if necessary.

All personalized items are made to order. Please allow 3–7 working days for production before your order is shipped. This does not include weekends or public holidays.

At Wifey Studio, your privacy is taken seriously. Your information is used solely for processing and delivering your items, and is handled with the highest level of care and confidentiality. We do not share, sell, or use your information for marketing purposes without your direct consent. All data is securely stored and only accessed when necessary to complete your order.
